Delivery Refund Policy for Acacia Plants
At Acacia Plants, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience for our customers. Below is our detailed Delivery Refund Policy to guide you through our procedures and terms
Deliveries
• Customers can select a convenient delivery slot during the order confirmation
call.
• Delivery timeframe: 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.
• Delivery hours: 11 am to 5 pm.
• Customers can update delivery instructions anytime via our help widget.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
• Before designating a safe space, please confirm with your concierge that they
can accept perishable items.
• Acacia Plants is not liable for lost orders once delivered to your designated safe place.
• Our drivers will provide photographic evidence or obtain a neighbor’s signature for orders left as
per customer request.
Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences with Restricted Parking
• Respond to the 2-hour ETA notification for driver details if delivery requires
a loading bay.
• Customers are responsible for pre-booking drivers. Failure to do so may lead to a missed delivery.
Returns & Cancellation Policy - Acacia Plants Promise
• We aim to deliver plants closely resembling those displayed on our website
Acacia Plants & Pools in the chosen size.
• Returns or rejections should occur upon delivery, with products in original packaging.
• No refunds for repotted plants or missing original accessory packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, minus a 3% Payment Gateway Processing
Fee.
• No refunds for accepted orders wanting to change, exchange, or return.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, minus a 3% Payment Gateway Processing Fee.
• Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days for Credit/Debit Cards and 24 hours for PayPal.
Limitations
• We cannot accept responsibility for issues beyond our control post-delivery, such as airborne pests or diseases like box blight, fungal leaf spot, or aphids.
