At Acacia Plants, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery
experience for our customers. Below is our detailed Delivery Refund Policy to guide you through our
procedures and terms
• Before designating a safe space, please confirm with your concierge that they
can accept perishable items.
• Acacia Plants is not liable for lost orders once delivered to your designated safe place.
• Our drivers will provide photographic evidence or obtain a neighbor’s signature for orders left as
per customer request.
• We aim to deliver plants closely resembling those displayed on our website
Acacia Plants & Pools in the chosen size.
• Returns or rejections should occur upon delivery, with products in original packaging.
• No refunds for repotted plants or missing original accessory packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, minus a 3% Payment Gateway Processing
Fee.
• No refunds for accepted orders wanting to change, exchange, or return.
